29 Jul Low Carb Strawberry Pancakes (Dairy Free)
These pancakes are a great after dinner snack that have low carbohydrates in them and high protein to help you sleep through the night without hunger pains. They can also be cooked and then taken to work the next day for a mid morning or afternoon snack.

4 egg whites
15g body science naturals vegan protein powder
Blend together mixture with an electric hand mixer 2. Place pan on medium heat and spray with rice bran oil. Spoon mixture the size of a pikelet. Wait until the side facing down is well cooked and the bubbled on top have started to dry before flipping 3. Serve with berries, sprinkle of Stevia, or a spoonful of coconut yoghurt
