31 Oct Quick Potato Dinner
Are you rushed for time? This quick meal is a favourite of the team at Soulful Fitness especially as it only takes 7 minutes to prepare after yoga or Pilates class.
1 large white potato
Kaleslaw / or coleslaw
Tin of salmon or tuna
Piece potato with a fork and place in microwave bowl and into the microwave for 7-8 minutes.
When cooked cut down the middle, add 2 tablespoons and the tuna or salmon (or leave off for vegetarian option)
