Beetroot Hummus A perfect snack especially for those entering our challenge or wanting to reduce unhealthy snacking. Packed full of vitamins including iron, vit c, manganese and potassium, fibre and flavour. It is the perfect yoga fuel or Pilates fuel.
1 tin chick peas (drained)
1/4 lemon (squeeze juice)
2 tbsp Tahini paste3-4 beetroot (macro whole bertroot pealed cooked, ready to use)
Sprinkle salt
Add to food processor or hand mixer and blend until smooth. Serve with vegetable wedges and/or rice crackers
