Blood Orange and Herb Detox Salad


With immunity needing to be at its all time strongest, getting as many organic fresh herbs into your diet is really important right now and is a perfect lunch after walking the dogs in the sunshine today and enjoying a magnesium bath in the ocean
2 blood oranges

Juice 1/2 lemon

3/4 tbsp honey

1/4 cup olive oil

1/3-1/2 cup goats cheese (or vegan feta)

1 bunch parsley coarsely chopped

1/2 cup dill coarsely chopped

1/2 cup mint coarsely chopped

1/2 cup tarragon coarsely chopped

1/2 cup basil coarsely chopped

2 spring onions chopped 2 chopped radish

Place all herbs together in a bowl and cut the oranges into wedges and add chopped radish to the herbs. Sprinkle the goats cheese over the herbs. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice and honey together and pour over the salad. Serve and add all these powerful vitamins to your body to strengthen immunity and promote detoxification.
