These Christmas treats are a healthy addition to the dessert table to prevent over eating on the high fat and high sugar options. They are also perfect after Christmas lunch for afternoon tea with a cup of your favourite herbal tea.

INGREDIENTS (serves 16)
150g pistachio nuts
70g almonds
120g dried cranberries
20-30ml rosewater
40g dried figs
50g BodyScience vanilla vegan protein powder
METHOD
Mix all the dry ingredients in a food processor and blend for 30 secs
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of rose water until mixture becomes sticky
Roll mixture into bite size balls and place on a plate
Leave plate in fridge for at least 4 hours to harden
