Crunchy Coconut and Cacao Protein Bliss Balls

INGREDIENTS (serves 18)
20g white chia seeds
250g raw almonds
5g cinnamon
20 cacao nibs (or powder)
100g dry figs
100g pitted dates
60g BodyScience Naturals chocolate vegan protein powder
30g shredded coconut

1. Combine almonds and cinnamon in a food processor and process for a few minutes. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients with a splash of water and process for a further 2-3 minutes as required. 3. Roll mixture into 18 balls and roll through shredded organic coconut, cacao powder or both and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
