25 Aug Have the Courage to Overcome Fear
When fear drives us to act and is the primary motivator we are not grounded nor logical. We are reacting from a primal brain response which may not be the right solution for what’s in front of us. When in fear our blood leaves our heart, goes into our limbs to fight or flight, doesn’t allow us to digest our food or get the nutrition or vitamins we need from our food and we have stress hormone in our body and our immune system is weakened. Fear also shuts down any ability to listen to others and be compassionate. The antidote to fear is love. To love, to appreciate, to accept are key emotions that turn toxic fear into peace. If there is something you don’t agree with, instead of fighting or dictating (fear) change your approach to questioning and seeking to understand the place of view first (using love and compassion) Sit quietly, send love to all loved ones individually passed and present and really connect to your heart again, which you are so detached from during fear. Have the courage to overcome what you are facing, trust that you have all you need and are all you need to be. Fear is such an energetically low vibration you really want to get out this emotion as quick as you can for your health, your body and for your organs to function properly.
