
26 Oct Mango and Banana Frozen Yoghurt
This recipe is great as a dessert for this kids and adults too especially with the warmer weather approaching.
Ingredients
2 (169g) bananas
3 (520g) mangoes
1 cup Tamar Valley no fat natural yoghurt
Method
Cut the fruit into chunks and freeze the mango and banana separately overnight or for at least 4 hours
Remove fruit from freezer, add to processor with yogurt and blend until smooth
Serve straight away or return to freezer for later
