It’s an exciting time as tai chi has started at Soulful Fitness. Our beautiful teacher Judy takes the class through a series of low impact, slow movements that slows the mind, which helping the mind body connection grow strong.
Tai chi is a combination of wellness and balance. The movements are focused on balancing and using mindfulness to flow into the movement whilst calming the mind. This practice is perfect for those stressed or with pain needing restoration, balance and slowing down whilst strengthening joints and muscles. Energy and circulation are stimulated, working along the meridian lines to generate Qi energy and healing. Benefits include releasing emotional tension, psychological and physiological issues and increasing concentration, focus and relaxation. For all levels.
