Immerse yourself in 90 minutes of yoga - you’ll be guided on a calming and restorative journey, while musician, Megan Alice Clune, fills the room with beautiful ambient soundscapes.
You’ll spend 5-10 minutes in each posture, supported with a variety of props, to allow deep relaxation and inner exploration.
Through skillful sequencing and direction, you’ll be invited to Do Less - somewhat of a luxury in our lives these days.
About Julian Boswell
Julian has been practicing yoga since 2012 and teaching for over 5 years. He teaches Vinyasa, Asana, Pranayama, Kriya and enjoys sharing the wisdom from yogic philosophy.
Julian has studied the first 3 series of Ashtanga Vinyasa and loves adapting the principles from this system, making yoga safe, inclusive and accessible for everyone.
"Yoga for me is about conscious breathing and the self inquiry that happens in the process. The movement or pose is like setting the scene for this inner technique. Once the practitioner has the awareness to keep their physical body safe and stable, the mind can rest on the breath and transformation can then happen."
