This 8-week program is designed to support women navigating reproductive health challenges such as PMS, endometriosis, PCOS and fertility difficulties. Through trauma informed yoga practices, guided meditations, gentle breathwork, and lifestyle insights, we’ll focus on balancing hormones, relieving discomfort, and nurturing emotional wellbeing.
