About Katie David
Katie is a nature lover, mindfulness enthusiast, and firm believer that compassion is at the heart of healing. With over a decade of experience in meditation, she has traveled the world, immersing herself in ancient practices. A social worker by trade, Katie’s trauma-informed approach shapes her yoga teaching. Now in the final stage of yoga therapy studies, she is focused on bridging Eastern philosophies with Western science. Living by the mantra, "Be the change you wish to see in the world" by Mahatma Gandhi, Katie brings a straightforward, humble approach to her teaching, believing that simplicity is the foundation of true happiness.
