Delicious crunchy prawn salad

Ingredients

120g cooked fresh prawns

40g cherry tomatoes

70g cucumber

100g celery

10g spring onion

25g red capsicum

 

Dressing

2 Tbsp lemon juice

1 Tbsp fish sauce

1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar

½ Tsp Agave nectar

 

Method

Dice all vegetables into small cubes or pieces and add to a bowl

Chop prawns into 1/3 and add to the bowl

Mix dressing in a small bowl or salad dressing shaker, add salt and pepper to taste and add onto of salad and serve

Takes 6 minutes to make
